I don't know. Each one has different perception. But generally I hope they think of me and my business as friendly.

2. When they come to buy my product
3. If they call for support or replacementBut I do everything possible on this earth to reach out to my customers. I regularly send catalogs, new products updates, thank you letters etc. I have also trained my front end people (sales, support) to be very friendly.
